Teachers already fulfill their duties so they do not need to be reminded of their duties. However, things have changed with time. He remembered that when he was young, his mother would always include his teachers in major events which happened in their family. There was a time that parents had faith in teachers that they would guide their child. Now, parents don’t even recognize the teachers teaching their child. Just like a doctor knows the health history of a family, such was the case with teachers. But it has changed now. A teacher should know everything about their student including their family, friends and their whole Eco-system in order to understand the behavior of a student only then will they be able to help them.
Mismanagement of time starts when we don’t know our priorities. We should know what are the things which are important for our growth. He advised that students for a month should keep a diary and track what we intend to do and what we do throughout the day. After a month go through your diary and see what are the things which are important and where you spend your time. Through this, you will be able to identify your priorities and the things which are not important. After identifying your priorities, time-management will become easier. He also said that a rigid time table is not the solution. One should be flexible.
